As a Barclays customer you get free access to our mobile banking service on *224# which provides you with easy access to your accounts at any time and from anywhere.

With *224#, you can:

  • Pay your bills
  • Transfer funds to your accounts, to other accounts within Barclays and to accounts in other banks.
  • Check your account balance and mini-statements
  • Load M-PESA from your account
  • Purchase airtime (Safaricom or Airtel Money)
  • Order for your account statement
  • Order for your cheque book

Even better, you can use the service with your provider’s roaming facility.

Have a smartphone or tablet?

You can also check your balance, pay bills, load M-PESA, purchase airtime and more on the Barclays Kenya app. Simply use your Internet Banking account to log in.
